photos of past projects.
Current Project: Reaper's newly
released Arthrand Nightblade, which I'm painting for a friend to use as
his ranger in a D&D game
I can't really
guess how long I've spent on this one so far. We've been
snowed in for the last few days, and I've had lots of time to
paint. Because of the weather, I couldn't spray prime this
one, and the brush-on primer isn't as smooth and even as I'm
used to working with, but I'm managing.
For the base, I attempted to sculpt a fallen log beside a rock.
I'm hoping this will be more obvious once the relevant bits are
painted to reflect my intent. There's some sand in
between, and I plan to add some scenic foliage bits as well.
I haven't planned
out how I'll paint any other parts of this figure, yet. I
do want to paint some kind of detailing on the cloak, but I'm at
a loss for ideas at the moment.
